Located in Playa Flamingo (Flamingo Beach) in the northwest province of Guanacaste, Flamingo Marina Resort is perched on top of a lush hillside fragrant with flowering bushes and fruit trees. In addition to soothing tropical breezes, breathtaking sunrises and unsurpassed tranquility, its unique vantage point offers guests a spectacular bird's-eye view of one of the largest marinas located along the Pacific coast of Central America.
The two stone-embedded markers and hand-carved wooden signs that mark the entranceway to Flamingo Marina Resort characterize its relaxed, unassuming atmosphere. As guests make their way towards the spacious, open-air lobby at the far end of the driveway, they are greeted by a full-sized, fenced-in tennis court equipped with night lights.
In all, there are thirty-five Rooms and Suites - all with ocean views - spread out over two levels and two wings. In addition, there are twenty low-rise Beach and Luxury Apartments - also with ocean views - nestled in behind the main building.
Also on the premises but separate from the main facility are two additional options: the Beach Apartment and the Luxury Apartment. While both options feature practically all of the same amenities found in the other two, these are even more luxurious. The Beach Apartment for instance, has a full bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and two separate bedrooms each furnished with a queen size bed.
